Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 27, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the Jsolitech website and the relationship between Jsolitech and visitors or clients who request information, proposals or website development services.
2. Services
Jsolitech provides website design, development and improvement services for small businesses and professionals. The specific scope of each project is defined in the proposal or agreement agreed between the parties.
3. Contact requests and proposals
Information submitted through the contact form does not, on its own, constitute a contract. Any proposal presented by Jsolitech is informational until formally accepted by the client.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website, where available, are reference values and may vary depending on the project. Payment terms, timelines and deliverables are defined on a case-by-case basis in the accepted proposal.
5. Client obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Supply content, access and feedback required for development
- Respond within reasonable timeframes to avoid project delays
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, once the project has been paid in full, usage rights for the delivered website pass to the client, while Jsolitech retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless expressly objected to.
7. Limitation of liability
Jsolitech is not liable for temporary website interruptions, third-party failures, indirect losses or damages resulting from misuse of the services, within the limits permitted by law.
8. External links
The website may contain links to third-party sites. Jsolitech does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction where applicable, or as otherwise provided by law.
